District Heights' Best Kept Secret

I am envious of the previous reviewer, because I tried to move here about year ago, but there were no 1 BR vacancies. I drove there to view an apartment (not realizing the rental office wasn't open on weekends). On a late Saturday afternoon, there were no teenagers loitering about, no trash or debris on the property, just plain clean and peaceful. I am trying again to move here, but there is a waiting list. I am not surprised, this apartment has won the PG Cty Beautification Award five years in a row, and this year made honorable mention by the Apartment Community Excellence Board. The person I spoke to in the leasing office was pleasant and courteous. I wish I was there now, I'm hating!
