Management is funny as hell for writing all of this good stuff about their property. The property is okay but lets be real this is District Heights and it sucks....

I lived in Dunhill Village for 2 years, and even though this is Forestville and not District Heights it was a well-kept and quiet neighborhood. Maybe things have changed in the past couple of months of me moving, but I seriously doubt it. For anyone interested in this apartment complex I suggest asking someone's opinion who currently resides there.
