Clean and Quiet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The area is pretty clean and quiet. Most of my expectations have been met. Apartment itself definitely needs some upgrades. A little false advertising as far as all utilities included (you pay your own electric). Overall, this appears to be a good community. Close to shopping, buses and that is definitely a plus. Looking forward to being a long term resident providing the utility bills aren't too expensive. Would recommend to others.
