I truly can say that all the reviews are true except the sarcastic review. I currently live in dunhill and every summer there are no drama. As we all know that looking for a place to live we want to know how is the neighborhood at night in the summer. Well, this neighborhood is FANTASTIC and you can come home late at night around 3 am with no problem, even for the ladies. I had one break-in with my truck but that can happen anywhere. We just started paying electric in 2006 and we also have parking permits with one guest permit. I'm planning to sign another lease agreement for 2008 and beyond until I can buy me a house. CHOOSE dunhill for your living quarters, you won't be dissapointed.
