Im about to move in in aug the staff there is amazing they address all of your issues Ms.C is really understanding over all i would recommend this property to someone else the rent is not that expensive you just cant have 12 kids and a mcd's job (lmao)....... it is very small 11 buildings very small community and a lot of amenities around it i love it ........... for what it is the out side well that is a whole nother story...

DO they have washers and dryers and do you know the rent for a 1 bedroom?

Washers and dryers are located in the laundry/trash room on the bottom floor. The laundry room in my building is stank so I go to the laundromat. Don't feel safe using it. I've been here 4 years and pay $1,023 for a 1-bedroom.
