If you are fine with roaches, then this is your place. I have been living at Dunhill Village for several years. During this year, I have experiencing a huge problem with roaches in my unit. Management does not care and I am definitely moving when my lease is over.

Co-sign with Anonymous. Dunhill is on that downward slide. Can you say "ghetto fabulous"? I moved here in 2004 and unfortunately it was a much, much better place then than it is now. Different tenants, different management, different maintenance staff. I moved here because I thought it could be an "up and coming" community. Now? Whole new vibe. Kitchen appliances are old and barely work. Trash all over the property. Rowdy tenants (can't help that I guess). And don't get me wrong, I love kids, but it looks like the buildings in the back is where they put families with children so it's a little noisier back here and there's a lot more trash. I came home one evening and two teenagers/young adults were smoking weed in front of my building. No shame. I rarely have company over because it's embarrassing. Moving at the end of summer. I wasn't raised ghetto and I'm not going to live ghetto.
