Angel and the lady w/ Locks

The lady that works in the leasing office by the name of Angel is by far the worse. Angel was not knowledgable about the property, she had a lot of I don't know answers, and she was very rude. Angel also had a horrible disposition, as if she really didn't want to be bothered with answering questions, and showing me the property. Just to see how professional and together the staff was I called 3 seperate times to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment. Each time I called each representative gave me a different range of rates. There was another lady, I'm not sure of her name but she wears dread locks, she's never consistent with her attitude. One minute she can be curt, and arrogant and the next shes all smiles. This staff could really use Consumer Relations Courses.

I thought the leasing staff was great. Maybe they were just having a bad day, everyone has bad days. Why would you call the office 3 times though.. dont you have anything else better to do with your time?

point taken but three different rate amounts that's not professional how are you not going to know how much your own rates are do they change that much. bad day or not your information needs to be consistant.

103754: They called 3 times to make sure the staff was professional and giving them acurate info. Which they were not, they did what everyone should do to detect ghetto apt staff. you must be one of the staff since you keep defending them.

Everyone there is ghetto. When my apartment was buglarized, I called the business office and told them I needed a new door and lock, and they told me that the manager had gone for the day and I should call back in the morning. Can you believe that????? totaly unprofessional!!!!

The leasing office is very nice, cooperative, and professional so i dont know what yall are talking about. now the collections side is something totally different. and Angel is new so she cant be expected to know everything. And all the times i called up there and visited prior to moving i had no problems with bad info or attitudes. maybe you just approached them in a rude way or with an attitude and youre just so used to treating people that way you dont realize it. My brother does the same thing when it comes to females and he wonders why intelligent independent females react the way they do. and no offense but i have to believe by the fact that you called 3 times just to "check for professionalism" that you might be one of those people because the only real reason someone would do that is if they were looking for something to complain about or make an issue from. and speaking of consistent how do we know when you called you asked the exact same questions the exact same way? cause if you didnt then there is no way you would get the same responses. the only reason a price would change is if they are having a move in special and you called before/during/after or when a new special came.

you cant check if a staff is ghetto by calling a bunch of times. all that does is irritate people and make you look like youre bored. and everyone there is not ghetto. some people do catch attitudes, mostly miss Collins, and if you call any apartment after a certain time about ANYTHING they are going to tell you to call back because if the person that handles that is gone then there is nothing they can do about it. that is the point of posting office hours. Me personally i havent had any issues really and whenever i call they come pretty quickly and handle the issue quickly, unless you approach them with an attitude or in a condescending manner.but thats the same with restaurants or any industry, your service is all based on your approach to the situation. I think both of you all just think that they are there to serve you and only you and anyone who doesnt is wrong and anyone who disagrees with you or doesnt do what you want is wrong. like how you going to accuse someone of being part of the staff because they didnt agree with you? did you ever think that maybe, just maybe, they had no issues and/or your problem was a rare occurrence?

No, this young lady is absolutely correct. Angel is horrible.when we contacted the leasing office, she was our first point of contact. Luckily, we met the young lady with the dreds. and Unfortunately, against better judgement, we moved in - ONLY becasue we knew that our stay would be extremely short. however, I'm now at the point where I just can't take anymore of this horrible place.
