AC doesn't work well in summer apt. temp. often over 80 degrees!

I agree Angel has been rude on various visits to the office and the bookkeeper with the locs took one year to clear up a billing mistake. I was supposed to move in May 11th but they forgot to activate my door key card and I could not move in on that date and they could not correct the key card system for a week. Was I reimbursed for expenses...movers, finding a place to stay for a week...Of course not.
I had paid my down payment based on the number of days that I would be inhabiting the apartment for that month, so because I could not move in I should be reimbursed for the days that I could not live in the apartment. Right' Common sense, right' Apparently not at Oakcrest Towers and I had to make numerous (over 5) trips to the office to have this corrected. Finally I was credited all but $15. and I received eviction notices because I refused to pay the extra $15 that they OWED to me!!
The a/c is seriously challenged in the summer. Last year and this year I have had temperatures of over 80 degrees in my apartment for 3 weeks or more. With numerous maintenance calls in, it still has not been fixed.
