OK I'm in 2120 and I've been here since 11/06, where should I start. From day one they never showed us the apartment saying it wasn't ready and it would be on our move in day and come to find out it wasn't and we had to settle for another apartment with 1 bathroom. On the first floor there is 1 washer and dryer for everyone to use, so that's a problem if your not getting chased by the roaches in the laundry room and in the machine. Our apartment is nice and spacious, but first it was the ants and now it's the roaches, so we won't be renewing our lease and then they had the nerve to take up the rent.

I'm sorry that you had to go through that. It is unexcusable upon their part and they should be more professional than that.

I had such a good experience when I was living here. Its a shame that they cant give everyone the same experience which is what I dont understand. My laundry room was always clean, never even seen as much as an ant in there. I moved from the complex bc I needed a 2bdr for my new baby and it was just too expensive here. But I miss my apt here so much. I just dont understand why they cant treat everyone the same. Maintenance was excellent to me, never had to wait more than 1 day for a response. I may have seen 2 roaches during my stay there which was more than enough for me bc I was pregnant and they carry too many germs. Even if not, I just hate them and the rent I was paying was too much to be dealing with roaches! If this complex could just treat everyone good it will have a much better reputation like it did back in the day. I lived in 2031 and people seem to like it more on that side, but its a shame you have to live on a certain side for satisfaction, everyone deserves it.

To new and seeking: I currently live in 2031 and they have to exterminate the entire building because roaches are taking over. I think it's the nasty neighbors who dont keep a clean house. In addition to building extermination, I exterminate on my own. My apartment wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt for this recurring problem. Who wants to live with roaches???
