I've lived a OCT since 2002 and the only reason I'm still there is because when I leave I'm moving into a house. The maintenance staff is a joke, the staff in the business office are as unprofessional as they can get. It as thought that pull them off the street. They don't smile or converse with you and the looks on their faces are as thought your bothering them or that they hate their jobs. I've seen the manager once since I've been here and agree with what was said in some of the other postings, that she is so far in the background that you wouldn't believe that she actually works there. I wonder if Scott Management know about some of the complaints that have been posted. There are many people who don't know how to go about getting things done. Call the PG Health department because if they start coming out and inspecting some of the apartments and the area that you are complaining about, you will see a big difference.
