Maintenance has improved I called in several maintenance request they were complete when I got home from work. Hats off to the maintenance department I have lived there for several years. I had problems with neighbors making noise I contacted the Business Office and they instructed me to put this is writting and I did receive a letter thanking me for letting the office know about the noise complaint. I enjoy living here because I can catch the bus when needed I have a older car and when it's cold the car is cold and will not start.

Maintenance is awful. They don't respond until you have called several times. Alot of the times the dumb ass receptionist people in the business office forgets to put maintenance request in the computer more often than not. And don't let you have a plumbing problem and you have two bathrooms they will tell you they will fix it when they get to it b/c there is no urgency since you have two bathrooms. ---- if I pay rent for two bathrooms and I tell you that one is broken I expect for you to come and fix it and not five me a assine response to remedy the situation. I have even had maintence people to come in my apartment and eat food out my refrigerator and take personal items from my apartment and leave my door open to my apartment when I was not present and did not make a maintenance request.
