Well, I moved in building 2140 at first in 2005 and the apartment was roach infested because it was right next to the trash shoot. The sliding glass door was broke by the previous tenants and I lived on the 1st floor at the time and that was very dangerous. After 9 months of dealing with the roaches and the sliding glass door being broke I transferred to building 2031 in 2006 and the difference was like night and day. It is clean, it's more safe (me being a female), and I do not deal with any roaches at all. The maintenance fixes anything that I call about. The only problem that I have at this point is the noise level of my neighbors. They seem to think that it is a party in the building 24 hours a day by playing loud music. And it is really making me want to leave OakCrest Towers permanently. OakCrest management said that they would work with me to reprimand who is playing the music but I have the opinion that it is more than one neighbor making excessive noise. I guess since moved anyway from the roaches and the broken sliding glass door, I still have to deal with some issue living in this complex. I would rather deal with the loud music then the roaches and the broken sliding door. Overall, I don't have a problem living here and I would recommend OakCrest Towers to any of my friends.

I have to agree with you. I recently moved into this building and I love it. I was kinda skeptical about moving here, but I truly believe it depends on what building you live in. I haven't had any problems, its a little pricy but as long as it keeps going the way it has I'm not worried about that.

Newandseeking, You have response for everthing I guess I was right about you liking substandard living. From your response it looks as though you have experienced roaches as well, I guess you like that :(

I will be a resident in building 2140 pretty soon and I would love to see feedback from my neighbors in the same building and others aswell. If anyone has something helpful to share with me about this community I'd greatly appreciate it. Does anyone have further opinions about building 2140? Anyone live in buildings close to this one whom will share inside information? Thankyou so much fellow neighbors!
