i fell inlove with the place when i first saw it, i dont agree with the fact that during a lightning storm my vehicle was destroyed by the electronic pole, and they stated that it they are not liable,the only complaint i have is that and the little annoying roaches that seem to take over the apartment whenever anybody moves out. i feel safe and so does my daughter. Gayle who works in the office is very freindly,and also a couple of the other young ladies, the rent is truly kind of steep and i am seriously thinking about breaking my lease, for i dont think i can afford my next semester classes.

I agree the prices are a little steep I probably will move when I have my baby since I will be paying daycare. I have been lucky only seen one roach since I been there but I had a fit so I feel you on that. These apartments are too expensive to have to deal with that. They told me that they have exterminators every Tuesday, but sometimes when they exterminate that can bring them out even more so I just waited it out an I havent seen any since but I know that can definitely be a pain.
