I've been here for several years and am so fed up. My car has been broken into twice and so has my neighbor's. People pee in the stairwells and lately I've had ROACHES and MICE in my apartment. The leasing office staff is very rude and very unprofessional. Not worth the money at all! Don't move here unless you enjoy pee in the stairwells and elevators, rude staff, and MICE and ROACHES. I have lived here for about 5 months and its been pretty good. It starting to seem as though it depends on what building you live in which is a shame,a neighborhood should be good throughout the entire neighborhood. I have seen maybe 3 roaches since moving in and the first time I called the rental office and told them this was unacceptable for the rent that they charge whether its their fault or not. I hate roaches and cant even begin to describe how I would feel if I saw any rodents so I feel your frustration. This complex needs to get it together overall so that they dont have some residents that hate it and some that love it. I am moving this summer to have more money for me and my baby I am glad that I didnt get to see the worst in Oakcrest. The rent here is definitely too high to have to come home every day and be miserable. Good luck in your search.
