Move here if your looking for a place 1 minute from Southeast, uninvited guest/ROACHES!, idiots in the leasing office, old azz appliances and tacky chandilier's! Oh! but it doesn't end here...if you like smelly hallways, and the occasional ghetto, PG, smoked out dude hollaring at you then this is the place for you! Lets not forget the leaks from the apartment above which caused a huge bulge in my wall...or the sewer smells that permeate through out the master bedroom on any given morning! This is probably due to the old azz pipes!
I could go but you get the point. Me and my sister will be moving at the beginning of the year. The only reason we moved hear was for the all utilities included rent. We knew what type of neighborhood it was, because we're from P.G. But you get tire of the ghetto...and utilities included is just not worth the funkadizzles anymore! I used to be scared of roaches, now i just wave at them!
Good luck with this infamous place! HA!

I think I must have just lucked up on the building and floor when I moved in this place. LUckily I didnt have any of these problems. Was praying to god that I didnt have roaches, I just hate them like most people and they carry to many germs and I was pregnant when I moved here. Never really had a problem with people hanging out, I always came through the back door of my building so I never really saw anyone besides the residents. I did however smell weed sometimes, I think that was my neighbors but the smell never came into my apartment. Maintenance was excellent always fixed things the same day that I requested. Overall a pretty good stay, would give anything to be living back there now. Just needed a cheaper 2bdr. This complex just needs to give all residents the same treatment they will have less complaints.
