I've lived here for a year now and I haven't had any problems really. At first there was the occasional mouse, but nothing that a good cleaning and a set of mouse traps didnt take care of. And I've only seen 2 roaches at the most (when i first moved in). Bottom line is if you keep your place clean you shouldnt have anything to worry about. Rooms are pretty spacious and the kitchen is a decent size. I have a two bedroom two bath in 2020, my apartment has newer appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The only bad thing I can say is that the bathrooms arent the best when it comes to craftsmanship. All in all, its a pretty good place, but i guess it depends on your neighbors and what building you live in. 2020 is relatively quiet, and the neighbors are friendly.

i said the same thing my first year here. i live in 2020 as well.. and thank GOD i am moving soon. this past year has been pure hell here.. just wait you will see. SOME of the neighbors are nice but u get the ones that dont live here that come and dont give a d@mn and trash the place up. my vehicle has been broken into 2 times and trying to get someone to fix something sometimes is like pulling teeth.. u got folks that throw things off the balcony with no reguards to the person on the bottom floor and that they may have items out there or might be out there themselves. yes i live on the bottom floor and have been outside when the folks above thrown either mop bucket water or even old grease over the railing. lucky for both of us i wasnt in the line of fire. its alot of rude and disrespectfull folks in this building its true and after u been here a while u will see!!!! only thing i can agree on what u said was that the rooms & kitchen are good sizes! but with what we pay for rent u think ud get better service. i have had to call corporate several times and had to threaten to call the heath department on the mouse issue. and yes my apartment stays clean its other folks in the building that dont keep thiers clean that attract these rodents to us. i havent seen many roaches in my 3 years here. but mice on the other hand i have caught 3 in the past 4 months.. when i first moved here the elevators stayed clean now they have been vandalized something terrible.
