This place has semi-improved in appearance, but the hispanic workers think they own the place and have a tendency to come into your apartment unannounced or have their friends who work in the apartment complex come into your apartment unannounced to be noisy, snoop around and steal if they don't like you. There seems to be no control over the --------- working in the complex.

They constantly go up on the rent every year and although utilities are included, the building is extremely drafty!!!!

Don't move here, too many ---------.

to the review above mine! D*** your rent never went up in the past 3 years??? I've only lived here for one year and my rents already going up!!!WTF!!! Me personally, I dont have any problems with the hispanic workers, they're pretty friendly and I just think you're racist!!! AND THATS A SHAME!!! U NEED TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR GOD DOES NOT LIKE U-G-L-Y!

I'm NOT a Racist, I'm ------- American myself. I'm not on section 8 as a matter of fact I just got my Masters in business and am a very successful real estate agent in DC, MD , Va and South Carolina. Oakcrest Towers is only one of the places I call home!

I'm confused because I dont see anywhere in her post where she said the rent didnt go up. She clearly stated it goes up every year. If you gonna respond PAY ATTENTION and read the posts before you make ignorant responses. I lived here for a while and I didnt have any problems with the hispanic workers either except for the fact that they forgot to put down a wet floor sign and I slipped while I was 8 mos pregnant.
