I have lived at Oakcrest Towers for several years on and off. I have seen the property improve within the last year. They made some changes with the office staff and I think that was a great move! I have gone from a 2 bedroom den to a one bedroom. I have lived in 3 different buildings (2110, 2020, and 2031) and have LOVED all three buildings. I have NO complaints about maintenance, roaches, smells, or the staff! Whenever I go into the office, the staff has always been kind, respectful, and cheerful! I don t go in screaming or rude. I am in retail and I understand people and you have to give respect to receive respect. When I go into the office they always greet me and call me by my name! They are always asking me what they could do for me. And something new in customer service that just started is the office staff will call you back to confirm all of the work was completed! AMAZING! I have lived in other communities but I keep coming back to Oakcrest Towers! One for the price you pay, you get way more then any other apartment community in the area, and two because the staff is so kind and really care about you and 3 my needs are always met. Just recently they had a wonderful picnic for the residents. Food, games with very nice prizes, and a DJ, all free. The staff served us and made us feel special! I wonder when I am reading these reviews, what is going on. How do you have this type of problems when Oakcrest Towers still has a GREAT REPUTATION! Everyone that I have referred to this community loves it here and none of us have anything bad to say! I have at least 6 of my friends who live within this community and we all love it. We take advantage of the activity rooms, fitness center, and some of us that are bold and can still move .play tennis! I hope if you are looking for a place to live that you find it at Oakcrest Towers! And for those of you that are so unhappy, visit the customer service center and speak with Gayle, Carl, or Amor, I promise you that they will help you!

I think everyone's experience is diff. I've also lived at Oakcrest Towers on and off back here again and this second time is not all that great. I can say that some of the staff have been rude (Carl) when I called more than once about an issue that the property manager was assisting me in resolving! So like I said some of them have be consistenyly sweet and some have come off like I stole their last paycheck. And the building 2020 I live in now, WOW! There was this sewage smell when you come in the building and I mean it was not healthy at ALL! For about 3weeks maybe a month. And when I first moved in to the unit Im in now, the pipes in my celing int he kitchen burst all over the kitchen soak and wet! So everyones experience is diff!

This review sounds like something straight from the prankish immature unprofessional employees at oakcrest towers apartments. i dont believe it. learn to take the criticism and do something constructive about it like,...hire NEW MANAGEMENT.

They cost a lot for where they are located and how the halls and elevators are kept up.
