I have lived at Oakcrest Towers for 3 years. I have always liked it here the people that live around me are nice and I seldom hear anything from them.I have had a few problems in my apartment that were always fixed quickly.The reason I decided to write was today I called about my stove not working and the guy showed up in like 10 minutes
I think his name was Sidney.He said he had to go find a part for it and if he was not able to find it he would take the stove out of his own apartment so that I would not go with out.I laughed about that and he joked that his wife was already mad at him anyway.He returned in about 30 minutes put the new part on checked the stove and asked if he could do anything else for me.About 1 hour later a lady from the office named Amoir called she just wanted to make sure the work was done and I was happy with the service.I do think that the place has gotten alot better since I moved here in 2006.
