I would say that if you have the opportunity to get another building other than 2020 ex. 2130 or the Leasing office building, because I have a friend who lived near the trash shoot and had issues with mice, I dont live near the trash shoot but I did notice people sleeping in the stairwells and wash rooms. And people prop the doors open all night sometimes because they dont have keys, which is a way I think these wanderers are getting in, not safe. Just talk to them about it.

i lived in 2020 and it was fine when i first moved there.. but after my first year it was pure hell. folks catching things on fire in the hall ways.. trashing the elevators.. haning out in the stairs smoking weed.. throwing trash all in the halls.. mice were a big thing in my apartment. i think we killed 4 in 2 weeks.. my truck got broken into twice as well.. people let their kids run up & down the halls screaming and yelling all times of the night.. i had to get the hell out of there.. i left middle of 08.. i stayed as long as i did because the price was good and location for me was great.. but loosing sleep from peoples kids, or people fighting and then having to wonder if my truck was gonna be there in the morning wasnt worth it anymore..
