I actually lived there with my brother in law for a little bit in 2001, and back then it was kind of a hell hole. I am thinking about moving there soon. Over the years I have taken a look, and they have been doing pretty good things over there. I live not too far from the community, and am seriously thinking about taking a look. It would be a nice change from where I am now.

i think u should not move in oakcrest towers unless u like to live with roaches, i dont know bout mice but i saw all the roaches in the hallway, elevator and my apt i was moving into, i signed the lease sept11,2009 and broke that shiiit sept 14,2009 i was not movin in and i was not playin with them, i did the walk thru on the 11th and all was well new cabinets and carpet, cute lil apt, but on sept 12,2009 when i went to move my stff in roaches were every where i could not believe it, but im not the one to complain about something and continue to deal with it or stay like alot of these other tenants on this site, they come on here and naggggg and complain but been staying 2,3 7yrs etc. what the fuuuk??? why r u still at the apt why dont u move, break your lease and take the property to landlord tenant court!! fuuk that thats what i did bcuz i they told me since i was breakin my lease i had to pay oct 2009 rent!! 2000 dolllars, i said no the fuuk i dont and wont lets take this to court, yall inconvenienced me and got all these roaches and oakcrest towers know they got an infestation problem on their property. so if i were u i wouldnt move their u can take that 800, 1000 dollars sumwhere else and pay rent and dont have to worry about the roaches, mice dirty trash rooms, lil azz laundryrm with 2 w/dryers, the guys puttin stuff in the doors like them pine cones from the tree, to prop it open and the deceiving staff members!! like ms barbara is nice and angie, but they know they have a roach problem
