DRUGS, MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT

I HAVE LIVED IN PARK BERKSHIRE APARTMENTS FOR FIVE YEARS. I LIVE IN THE BACK AREA WHERE THE DRUGS AND TROUBLES SEEMS TO BE. WHEN I FIRST MOVED TO PARK BERKSHIRE THE FIRST TWO YEARS WASN'T THAT BAD IT WAS JUST ALOT OF LOITERING.

THE MAINTENANCE IS TERRIBLE WHEN YOU PUT IN A REPAIR ORDER IT NEVER GETS DONE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE MEDICAL PROBLEMS YOU ARE STILL ON THE BACK BURNER. WHEN YOU WALK OUT YOUR APARTMENT THERE'S NOTHING BUT LOITERING OR DRUG ACTIVITY GOING ON, AND MANAGEMENT IS DOING NOTHING. YOU CALL TO SPEAK TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER THEY ARE ALWAYS ON THE PHONE, IN MEETINGS OR RESPOND BY SAYING CAN I RETURN YOUR CALL AND NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN EVEN IF YOU GO AROUND TO THE RENTAL OFFICE YOUR STILL IGNORED. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT A PAYING TENANT.
