I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP!!!!

Unfortunately, I've been a resident at Park Berkshire Apartments going on two years now and it has been nothing but DRAMA & VIOLENCE! It's embarassing to have company because of the way the property is kept, it's nasty. I've come out of my apt. in the morning to go to work and have walked in piles of urine, used condoms, drug Paraphernalia, people sleeping around the buildings. I mean is this what I pay over $700 a month for in rent'''' To come home and live like an animal. I'm afraid to let my child go out and play because of the numerous gunshots that go on IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!!!! PB sent around a memo with an emergency number on it and they were suppose to have security and or a patrol car patrolling the complex...NOT! I heard gunshots last night that were REALLY nearby, only to look out my window and see a body riddled with bullets laying out on the ground. THIS IS IT!!!! I am MOVING!!!!

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND PB TO MY WORSE ENEMY.
