BP IS OFF THE HOOK!!! I?ve lived in PB a couple of times...it has gotten worse each time. This is my last!!!!!!! If you do move here, ask them to put you in an adult only building!! If not, you will have to deal with hell spawned seed! The children around here make imps in hell look like angels. They hang in the hallways, destroy the property, then cuss you out for saying something to them! I've had them to set fires on my patio!! They smoke weed in the hallways. The parents are just as worse. No control whatsoever. Several of my neighbours have been robbed coming home from work or leaving to go to work. They have found dead bodies here (male and female). They'll steal your car, break windows and so on. However, PB claims they have security. Yeah right! At one point the towing company and the police had a scam going. The Police were writing bogous tickes and then call the tow man. Forget having something fixed. The ceiling leaks, tub broken, window broken...it?s been a year..they still haven?t fixed it, even after several calls. The only service you get is before you move in....after that, you?re on your own. HOWEVER, if you want to wake up and go to sleep to the sounds of gun shots, screeming, domestic disturbances, not having a vehicle, high rental rate increases, possible gas explosions (that?s why they have the new buildings right off of Pennsylvania Ave., the old buldings blew up), and ignored when it comes to repairs and maintenance, THEN MOVE TO PB!
