I have been living there with discomfort since I've been there and that's only been 6 mths. I had to take Park Berkshire to court, maintenance is terrible, Rimsi corp does not respond to their tenants needs. You can alomost point out how is on welfare and how much they care about what they own. Crime rate is terrible, I was held at gun point-and someone tried to break into my apartment and do you think Park Berkshire cared to take care of the situation, I'm scared for my kids, they dont even go outside. It's more where this came from, please dont move in!!!!!! you will not like it especially if they place you on the back with those thugs, I might as well stayed in southeast, maryland is no better. I have sleepless nights, noisey neighbors, over all it's terrible!!!! STAY AWAY TAKE IT FROM ME.....

I do not live at your site, but I do rent from the same corp. They do not care about anyone but themselves, and they feel they are above everyone. They lack the fundamental care that the average human being possess. The father was really caring. Now, their sons have taken over and you know the saying "KARMA". They may never suffer financial difficulties, but what they put out will come back to them.

I know that feeling they wont fix anything I have been waiting months just to get things done and when you call the main office the person in charge of your complex is always out, so you go to voice mail ( never to be taken care place ) over! and over! again
