I have lived in this area for over 20 years. I moved into Berkshire in 2003. The part I live in has guys hanging out 24/7. There have been numorous shootings and deaths in the immediate area. For the past 2 months I have had a mouse in my apartment. I have called maintenance several times. The mouse has been able to escape several times because there are holes in the walls and floors. I recently trapped the mouse in a closet where to my knowledge it still is. As far as noise, there is a big elementary school on the grounds. That means that alot of people with kids live here so yes there is alot of niose. Forest Creek is right across the street which is a bad neighborhood but at least you do see the police and security. Here I have seen the police twice. Once, on July 4 because the were shooting fireworks and once a few months ago. There are no celing fixtures. The staff people are nice and the bus comes right through the community. It's not perfect but where out here is.

I'v live at this complex since 2002 and yes it has a lot of uncaring residents as well as staff. I been having problem with my air condition and mice for a while now.The mice problem is go for now, but it don't make no sense at all that I always have to go above and beyond to get" sh.." done. I been trying for more than a week to get my air fix, but no satifaction. The resident manager Mrs. Lynnell has shown that she don't give a flying hoop about her tetants, she have to beg her workers to help her with fixing tetants apartments around there. I wouldn't dare tell a dog to move in those apartments. All in all, there have been and still are some staff who care and show that they're concern and try their best to help out. "DON'T MOVE IN THERE"
