I enjoy the convenience of having an elementary school right on the premises. It would be better if they had laundry facilities in every building, but they don't. My rent has gone up every year since I've been there, so I think I'll be out this year. During the warmer months, you do get teenagers loitering a lot around the buildings, and a few gunshots from Berkshire or nearby communities, it's hard to tell. Also, there always seems to be the smell of weed in the air. My apartment though, is huge for the price and the maintenance seems to be pretty competent. Overall, I'd give Berkshire a C .
