Park Berkshire Apts. suck! The people at the rental office never know anything. All they can ever tell you is that MANAGEMENT said this, that or the other. What type of place is this. And to top it off, they are charging for gas; gas that they said was included in your rent. Starting 05/15/06, they will be placing gas meters in each apartment. What's next, phone monitors'
They lie so much. You think your rent is one thing and it is something else.
Jack Johnson was going to close them down; he should have. In my building, tenants have been complaining about rats. Now we really have a problem. When you call what is suppose to be emergency maintenance, they may or may not come. If they do, it is several hours later.
We as tenants need to stand up and stop letting ourselves be raped by these people.
If you don't care for drama, don't move to Berkshire!!

i agree completly with your postings. i wsh there was somewthing we could do a s community to bring attention to their lack of professionalism. Rimsi corp are slumlords and we shouldn't have to pay our rent for garbage. i want to showcase the apartments on fox 5 if I get enough people. 3016137991
