I am currently a tenant of Park Berkshire Apartments, I wouldn't recommend these apartment to a homeless person. Please don't be fooled by the low prices for rent. The maintanence is so slow I have been waiting for the to fix my balcony since 2005. I am very glad to say that I am moving out the end of September. They have a mice problem that goes all around the Park Berkshire community. Please,Please consider moving somewhere else. PLease don't let me forget about the times my fiance's car and mine tags have been stolen and have stolen just the stickers off of my tags.

You dont have to have good credit and thats part of the problem. They accept anybody and everybody. They just base your deposit on how bad it really is. Not that it matters...no matter what its still a RatHole.
