Residents of the Park Berkshire Apartments in District Heights are forced to live with a disgusting mess. Some don't have any drinking water and are forced to use port-a-potties, others have sewage leaking into them. Fox 5's Ellen Chang spoke with the fed-up tenants.

Health department needs to fine and shut them down. But RIMSI is the corporation that owns them and they are some tight with the money Jews. They would rather apply band aids than actually fix the problem. They would rather make sure the Montgomery county buildings are fine than an area in a black neighborhood. RIMSI could care less about black people. As far as they are concerned black people want to live like that. They don't care. Next time Fox 5 shows up don't just blame Park Berkshire management blast RIMSI because they are the ones who tell the office people what to do. They are the real devils!!!!

The water being out every other day is a problem. After them 'fixing' it for over a year they finally gave us a discount on the rent for December. They need to fix the pipes and stop putting a band-aid on it.

yes i live in unit 6509 and i hd to deal with the noise from that macchine outside then here comes no water with a big family over.........no lights in the hallways at night..........people getting shot..........being evacuated because the gas pipe busting im so tired and not to menton the rats rats and rats

My niece just moved here, and I can't believe what I'm reading. This is a real problem it seems as though these people are insane (management) to allow there tenants to have to live under these conditions. Now I didn't know right away my niece was moving here, but when she told me on here first night in the apartment she saw three roaches, WOW I don't know what to say, so I decided to look up "Park Berkshire" and came up with this website, and I'm appauded at what I read. I feel sorry for the people that live there. I will watch my niece, and like I told her to complain, complain, complain until they get it right. Once her year is up she will have another apartment.
