When u go look and review apartments u kno what ur gettin into.... plus u get what u pay for... I live here now and have only been here a short period of time but I will say I've had my share of problems..... I had a leakin ceiling.... no heat... and yes I had to deal with the ----in nasty dumpers they have beside my building..... but guess what that could b anywhere..... a lot of people complain about rats....and roaches..... since I have been here I have only seen one lil ass mice.. And no roaches..... but on my 1st night I did my part.... cleaned up behind them and made sure I put to right stuff down to keep that ---- away...... anywhere u go to u gonna have these type of problems its all in what u do to keep them away from u...... as u can see this is NO top Notch place .... sooo once again u gonna get what u pay for..... and people keep making comments about people getting shot... ok ...OKKKKK people get shot all over.... anywhere.. ---- I use to live in hilcrest heights(dc) and heard the ---- everynight... and''' Lol.... U GONNA GET WHAT U PAY FOR.....

Get what you paid for.....so i pay $850.00 (plus gas)so i can wait all summer just for maintenance to fix my air unit..I don't know about you but when i signed that contract, i expected up to par maintenance, i expected no rodients, roaches, spiders or insects of any kind to be roommates with. YOU may be use to all of this but something needs to be done. There is no excuse. We shouldn't live like this. We shouldn't have to worry about rats and roaches. Why do WE have to worry about these things. I don't know about you but $850 is alot of money to give PARK BERKSHIRE when i don't see no help. YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR BUT NOT ME!!!
