Park Berkshire is the worst community I would ever chose to live in again. I was a resident at Park Berkshire in 2006-2007 and my life was miserable living there. When I first moved in, my closet doors was not put on, my front door lock was broken, the lights in the hallways were not working, people were hanging out all night, maintenance was nowhere to be found when you needed them, staff members took forever to respond to your call, crackheads were everywhere, people were breaking into apartments, cars were being stolen..... Like someone else stated before you get what you pay for $645.00 and it was not worth living in. I know alot of people who are desperate to move out because of whatever situation they're in but I'm warning you do not set yourself up especially if you have kids. I was literally depress living in Park Berkshire... not to mention the mice and roaches. The playground is no place for your kids to have fun and parking is crazy. You are only entitled to one parking and the towing in the community is outrageous. You leave your car outside for 10 minutes without a sticker they will tow it. DON'T DO IT.....PLEASE DON'T DO IT...God is my witness.. Park Berkshire needs some serious help or better yet needs to be shut down.
