The new management is making a difference in our community. I see good changes happening. If you're looking for a good apartment and with quality management, you should try Park Berkshire.

Whomever move in here better get use to kids and I mean kids (baby Goats) playing all in your halls, in front of your building, leaving major trash right in front of your door! The parents here could care less about their children! Just as long as they are not in the house! The rental office never returns phone calls, 24 hr what???? Sure your right Ray Ray! Park Berkshire is NOT worth the money that you will be charged.
