I am not even a resident of this Apartment complex. My son lives there and since day one has had problems with mice, roaches, sewage in the bathroom, ceiling caving, pipes exploding, trash collection, maintenance and anything and eveything horrific about Park Bershire.

It is not even a step above slumbing. He has an infant and rodents and roaches constantly running around since day one. In my opinion this facility needs to be condemend and if you are thinking of going to the facility you should run. They lock you into the lease and then threaten you when you have concerns about the safety of your unit and family.

I am going to file a formal complaint with Landlord and Tenants and let a Judge decide.

I AGREE 100% with u I wrote the review b4 this 1 and I must say... this is the Worst of the WORST!!!!!!! I'm also trin to do the same process... I would love to pull together law suit as well....
