Slumlords is right. It has taken me three months to get a knob so I can use the oven and a screen for the patio door. The hardwood floors are so triflin. Before I moved in I was told the floors were being cleaned. On the day I moved in and walked into the apt., I was stunned. The floors are badly stained all throughout the apt. You can tell that the old carpet was ripped up right before they gave me the keys and the floor was never cleaned, stripped and repolished. I have had to literally curse out the staff to get things done. I'm currently waiting on maintenance to reglaze the tub and provide me carpet. I will have found another apt. in the time it takes management to do what they're suppose to do. It's funny how they can have new balconies and windows installed quicker than getting a screen or knob. Some of the tenants in my bldg. are super "ghetto" and fight on the regular. Overall, it is the worse place I have ever lived and I don't plan on being here much longer. Did I forget to mention that I've only been there three months' What a joke!!!
