What a difference from January of this year. The new management is doing a great job in making the property look so much better and there is not people hanging out all hours of the day and night. There is security all day, every day. I heard that they have even installed cameras. Even the people in the office are more professional. It does not take maintenance a month to get repairs done and I couldn't believe that someone named Ericka called me to make sure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. I even had a chance to look at a new renovated apartment. It looks nice and is affordable. When my lease is up, I will be transferring into a renovated apartment.

Wow... I don't kno where 2 start.... of course its easy to clean up OUTSIDE!!! But what about the mice infestation... the big a$$ roaches... or the other animals taking over the complex.. No matter how much painting they do its still gonna b infested .. That's not renovating that's repainting...renovating is doing much much more... Affordable... humm over 1000 plus u pay for everything else.. For Park Berkshire yeah right!!!

I'm someone who has been around for 10 yrs. Soon they will go condo! I agree with both comments; they are making 'repairs' to the outside, what about the inside. I don't live outside! There is work in my house that was not done fm RIMSI and when the new property managers took over I shared my concerns with them. Yea, umm, same ---- another day! I was almost out the door with RIMSI...then comes someone new and you hoped for something new and improved....and you get make-up! Second response, you are very much correct in saying the mice have taken over. I was in my living room a few days ago and a mouse ran pass. Now let me make this very clear, MY HOME IS NOT DIRTY!! This sista keeps it all clean! But this freakin' mouse invaded my space, where I pay this high azz rent. Out of the 10 yrs of being here I have NEVER seen one! So many people have moved out, I guess they chose my apt. I have something for their azz. I was never slow on RIMSI and I'm never slow with GH & A! People need to stop letting people ---- all over them and call it fashion 'in'. You work hard, some of us, to pay your rent and you deserve to get what you signed for on the lease. Remember, the same way you are held responisble for what you signed on the lease, so are the rental properties. Please know your rights. Very educated, but 'down' woman! Get at cha girl....

I've live there for 6 yrs. and when RIMSI had the property, I was about to break my lease, because they was all about the money and no concerns about there tenants. When I first moved in, it was infested with roaches. I had to do the work, because like the other tenants said, waiting on them to do something, you would be a waiting "A$$'. Since the new management took over, yes there are changes on the outside, what about the inside. The new management told us that they would be making changes, come to find out, it's just for new tenants moving in. He- - with the old tenants. In order for the old tenant to get there apartment new items like the new ones, you have to move out and up grade and pay more money. That's some bullsh-t. There's one person in that office really need to practice Customer Service skills, because if they don't, I can see or hear about someone beating their a- -. I'm strongly thinking about breaking my lease and rolling out. The want to be security guards they have, I can't really see want they are security, because most of them hang in the tenants apartments.

DONT MOVE TO PENN LANDING!!!!Ive been there for 7 years, and I have never seen a roach. However I have seen over 15 mice within the past year and since September I have been dealing with a bed bug infestation. They fix up the outside but not the inside. Don't move here!!!!! DOnt let the outside fool you!!!! I may even break my lease because I can wait until August. It is too nasty in there. BEWARE!!!

Penn Landing is doing an excellent job; much better than RIMSI has done, but I have 1 problem with the maintenance personnel & the rental office. A maintenance man by the name of Ibrahim had my neigbors apartment key signed out to him & her place was entered twice & items were missing from her apartment & the couple went to the rental office with the police & to date nothing has been done to Ibrahim. Also, the Property Manager Michelle & the Maintenance Supervisor, JJ let it be told by their employees, are "Sleeping Together"!!! Isn't this against company policy??? Maybe this is why maintenance issues can't be taken care of properly & in a timely manner!!! If this is true ahout Abrahim, his ------- Azz needs to be fired or it will be just a matter of time, before one of the tenants catches him & whips his azz!!! Trust Me!!!

I don't know about you but that B---- Ericka is one of the worst people around....she knows how to slip through the cracks....do you know i called everyday for two months during the summer just so someone can fix my air unit..and by the time that happened, it was oct. WTF!!! The only reason she is now "professional" is because she know one more thing and her azz is out. Give it about one more week and you would be breaking your lease...FOR THOSE WHO ARE STILL AT PARK BERKSHIRE (you can change the name but not what it is)THERE ARE BETTER AREAS FOR YOUR MONEY. I SAY BREAK YOUR LEASE!!! BREAK IT.
