Wow, Park Perkshire now Penn Landing has come a "long" way. What happened to ----& ---------that were initally in the rental office when GHA took over Park Berkshire at the end of February, 2008'''

The Resident Manager, --------seems to be kind of lost at times maybe thats because she is sleeping with -------Maintenance Supervisor (per her co-workersa)!!! Isn't this against company policy; sometimes she can't even get a message right!!!

Also, there is a maintenance person by the name of ------- & he is a thief so be careful not to leave any of your personel belongings out!!! ------- went into a neighbors apartment in bldg. -----& stole their jewelry & it was also confirmed that he had signed out the tenant's keys.

The maintenance supervisor (--) better get some trustworthy maintenance people (------& -------etc.) before some kills -------.

You should of said names and took them to the news. It seems like that's the only way now.

I can't believe how they went up on rent around here as if they really did something the apartments,, yeah they did redo the balconies and windows but thats it,, please you have to do more then that if your asking for as much as you are in rent its not worth ,, i've been here two years now and yes they have come along way not as much violence, but i'm ready to move i might as well go and pay a thousand with utilities included b/c gas alone is a hundred dollars every month now tell me how did they come up with that everybody bill damn near the same... they have set winter rates

The person who wrote this did put names in here, but the property owners asked that they remove it. I know this for a fact!!!! A letter that I put in here was replaced, but they left my username on the posting. Smart. People, please see that they do not want people to know the truth about 'Penn Landing'. What was the purpose of putting such a site here if people cannot tell the truth about where they live and pay rent. Pls. stop laying down and letting people run over you. This place is not the place to be. You cannot get anything done. They put this great ad in the washington post about how they are doing such a great job for the community. BS!! All of you who say how great this place is will be changing your story soon. When you live here, you only have one right- pay your rent!!!

I have been apartment hunting for a while and I took a look at Penn Landing the apartments do look good but the staff was rude!!can anyone else give me some advice and info about Penn lanind before I sign my name on a lease!!!!!!!plz help and p.s. Could someone let me know how much they are paying on a monhly basis for gas and electric???? Thanks so much
