i called the office to put in a maintenance request the other day and i was surprised to hear that the old maintenance manager was no longer at penn landing but i was happy to speak with the new maintenance manager who is very nice and understanding and treats others with respect. i look forward to calling in my maintenance requests now.

Well just make sure you're home when they come to do the repairs. They came into my apt to check the hvac closet (3rd time since I've movrd into the re-modeled unit in Dec. 08). When I stuck my key in the door, the door flew open. Maintenance had not only left my door unclosed & unlocked but had left the keys in the apt on the floor. So irresponsible :( cant wait til my lease is up.
