The staff at Penn Landing are very rude and nasty. I was given the runaround when it was time for me to move in then the winch gonna have the nerve to have an attitude with me. First when I was told to call them on a Sunday to get my new address the office was closed when I called. Then I was told when to come in to get my keys. When I did the person wasn't there at our scheduled move in time so I had to settle for someone else doing it and she was out to lunch at the time. I was told that she would be back in an half hour. When I went back in about 35 minutes I was told that she was at lunch she would be back in a half hour. I mean didn't yall tell me that 35 minutes ago. I became very frustrated and was telling the lady that I been getting the runaround from day one. Her rude as started playing with kids coming in the office while I was talking to her as if she wasn't even listening to what I had to say. I told them that I wanted my money back and I wasn't move to that community. That just lets you know the things you will be dealing with when you do move in. Oh yea let me not forget before I put in my application I requested not to be in the back and not by the pool or playground. Guess what I got put way in the back right across form the playground.
