Parkland Village has improved 100% from what it used to be. You can drive by day or night and not see anyone hanging around. Just this week they started putting up more lights around the property. That definitely makes me feel much safer! The management staff is very nice and genuinely concerned with your issue. The maintenance is done as expected. I think you get what you pay for and I don't mind paying for here! I would definitely recommend it and I know others do because they have a waiting list.
