I came to view this apartment complex and there were people hanging out all over the place. I cannot stand when people sit out front of the building like it is the ghetto. There prices are high, but the apartments are not worth the price.

I spend the weekend with my friend all the time. I am not sure when you came to visit, but I have rarely seen any one loitering. I feel that your judgement is off. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the complex and she always has a parking space in the evenings. It is very quiet and access controlled. I would give that complex another look if I were you.

I don't even live there but I drive pass all the time. It is ghetto! kids are everywhere all night long. Whenever I come by I shake my head and say "that is one wild area!".
