In a nut shell the management is great. Lakisha and Melissa are very helpful and they make sure things get done. The apartment is decent for the money you pay. Rent is reasonable; no real maintenance issues. I never see anyone hanging out..Security quickly diffuses that. The living areas are a nice size.I would recommend living here. With all of my isues you get what you pay for and it is reasonable and liveable. If I lived in another building I probably would not be moving.

The downside..
The closets are small, too small. There is no real kitchen space. There were no raoch problems or anything like that, The bathrooms are kind of old. And now for the worst part the dag on ghetto people that just made the experience horrible. The floors are very thin and so is the front door. You can hear everything in the halls and in your neighbors apartment. If you are going to move here the experience is not all that bad if you have decent neighbors. My neighbors were horrible..they played loud music all hours of the night, they were confrontational at times, people smoked in the hallway.
