I lived here for 2 years and I loved it. The neighbors are ghetto and so are their kids. Management is really strict. There is really no closet space. As long as you don't have alot of stuff you are fine. Watch your kids because management complains about everything that they do. All in all its real nice!!! Washer and dryer in the apartment. Convenient to everything. Last but least PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME!!!!!! It also depends on what building you live in also. I was blessed. Everyone in my building works (not on section 8) and they are clean (no roach complaints).
