The apartments are a bit overpriced for what you are getting IMAO. The closet space really sucks! Washer and Dryer in every unit is a great amenity. The kitchen is nice even though my refrigerator is in the corner and I can t open the bottom compartments. They need to invest in painters because maintenance just paints over everything when they are getting a unit ready. The bathroom tiles, tub etc. have paint everywhere. The only noticeable upgrades are the kitchen and washer/dryer. Everything else has just been covered up with paint to make it look like it was remodeled. The rental office is very strict, which is not exactly a bad thing. There are a lot of nosey older non-working people in the neighborhood. I would say this community is pretty descent overall. I think these apartments are ideal for someone just starting out. Beware there prices have increased drastically. It s time for me to move on to bigger and better things.
