| 04/04/2013 | I have lived in this community for almost a year and I WILL NOT be renewing my lease. My overall impression of the unit is "you get what you pay for". If they were as eager to make repairs and upgrades as they are getting you in, this would be a decent community. The units are dated and there has been a lot of patch work over the years. The appliances, heating and air condition units are sub par. My heating unit froze over in the middle of the winter which caused my bill to triple for about three months. ...
