I have lived in this Hell hole for two years and let's just say If I could go back to 2002 I would have never ever moved here. The maintence is some s*#t!. I have things in my apartment that have needed fixing since I moved in in 2002 and I have put in multiple request to have them either repaired or replaced and I have gotten no where with that. The parking is terrible. The management called themselves inproving the parking by giving out passes, but because of that new system, don't even think about having more then one person over to visit that drives or having a get together because your only given one visitor past and if your automobile doesn't have a resident sticker or visitor pass in the window your car is as good as towed. There's been many occasions when I had to park in the back of the complex and walk to the front of the complex to my apartment because there was no parking spaces. The roaches aren't to bad now, but when I moved in in 2002 the apartment was INFESTED. I spent well over $200.00 in roach bombs, sprays, motels, roach gel etc: in the first week of moving in. Now I only see maybe 4 to 5 roaches a month and this is no thanks to the complex who's exterminaters only come around after you complain to the rental office over and over again. Also the appliances and cabinets in the apartments are old and out dated. The trash bins are nasty and all most always over run with trash, people put trash in the bin, around the bin, pretty much where every they wish I have even seen a raccoon in the bushes around the front door of my building and around the trash bins. Complaints to the rental office about these type of problems go unheard as well. There is problems with car thift and with loud bad ass kids running up and down the parking lot and in between cars. The complex has a play area but that is bascially unused.The street is like the play ground and with the way cars fly up and down the parking lot it is very unsafe. Unless your homeless and have no family and no where at all to go I would not suggest that anyone move here! I HATE IT!
