Recently I visisted this complex, and was shocked when I went into the leasing office, the lady behind the desk was looking at me (as I entered) like what do you want'
I had to ask all the questions, re: apt. availability, prices, etc. She just replied "no" (meaning no apts. available or no to view. She didn't have any customer service skills, nor did she display any professionalism. When I asked for information she handed me this "poorly copied piece of paper" when the pricing information. She didn't seen interested in finding out what my housing needs were.
I think the Corporate office, should definelty train her. Leasing is like "making A SALE. She sure didn't make my experience visiting the Leasing office a at "Pennbrook" a good one.

I HAVE RECENTLY VISITED PENNBROOKE AND THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS RESPECTFUL, THEY MUST HAVE FIRED THE PERSON THAT DIDN'T HELP YOU. i DO HATE THE FACT THAT THEY TRY AND PLACE YOU IN THE REAR OF THE COMPLEX WHERE THE "HOOD" PEOPLE ARE AND THATS WHERE THE TROUBLE IS, BUT OTHER THAN THAT MY BROTHER AND GOD-SISTER HAVE BOTH BEEN LIVING AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS EACH AND IT'S BEEN OK TO COME VISIT AND SPEND THE NIGHT. PGPD ARE NOW DOING SECURITY AND THE PREMISES SO THAT HAVE KNOCKED OUT A LOT OF THAT FAST TRAFFIC. I SUGGESTED THAT THEY DO ASSIGNED PARKING ONE FOR YOU AND FOR A GUEST.
