I'm ok with Pennbrooke Terrace. The office staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. I don't have any complaints with the maintenance staff. I needed work done in my apartment and it was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I do HATE the parking. You need a permit to park and you're given one permit for the tenant and one vistors. Now if you don't have any visitors it would be cool other than that your visitors would need to park across Silver Hill Road and walk back over. That Sucks!!!!
