I have a certain fondness for Pennbrooke because if was my first apartment. The rent is decent and so is the staff...however the managment company (UIMC)sucks!!!! You can't pay your rent online or at the rental office like most complexes but you have to mail in the payment,which if it falls on a holiday god forbid because it will be late. The complex is basically clean, but I had roaches midway through living there because of dirty neighbors, but so it is with apartment living. The complex has gotten pretty slack with repairs as of late, but at one time they were great. I have to say there is a lot of lottering around the apartments by young guys and girls. The parking also sucks!!!! You can only have one driving guest at a time unless everyone comes over your house packed in a car. I would recommend the apartment to someone planning to save and move, don't stay long.
