Pennbrook has been my home for a few years now and I must truly admit I'am leaving soon.
The ROACHES are off the hook they need to pay the rent(THEIR THE RESIDENTS), exterminators came and drilled holes in the wall which they never patched, trash is every where; there is no such thing as a dumpster its always running over, parking well i'am only lucky because i live in the back, the children from Suitland High hangout in the buildings smoking weed, the complex is over ran by teens hanging out and kids in the parking lots, and if you like NOISE bingo you've won. During the summer the air condition barely works and your lucky for the little coolness you do recieve, oh and don't let me forget the BLACK MOLD that grows out the vents like wildfire, i have raised my concern to the rental office and was told that there was nothing they could do and try bleach, yes thats good for the outside, but what about the source of the inner vent. My apartment has had WATER DAMAGE which has occured more than once that took maintance hours to respond to and the patch work could have been done better by my 8y old. Rent is low and i guess you get what you pay for.

P.S. we do pay rent on time and have the right to expect more.
